Services
If you feel you need some support with everything that is going on at the moment, I can now offer guided meditations, healing, gateway technique & support for children & teens. Contact me here to find out more information. If you are going on a sun holiday it is a good idea to have waxing done 4-6 weeks before you go away, then a couple of days before the holiday.
During a crystal therapy treatment the chakras & energy field are brought into balance. At the start of the treatment you are gently guided into your heart centre & connected to soul. And soul intuitively guides the healing process. The crystals conduct the soul's focus & as the healing takes place, the body relaxes.
Set up your own private session with 4 children / 2 adults 2 children. Enjoy meditation / mindfulness with friends / family & book a time that suits you for your own personal sessions. These sessions offer practices to help children & teens cope as we come out of lock down. They will help to create new routines as we all reconnect with society.
During the treatment I will share with your child meditation & mindful practises that they can use at home. And I make sure they are practises they enjoy! As the parent or guardian, you will also need to be happy in using a self-care practise for you. This is important because as you probably already know, children learn how to deal with & respond to situations from the people they spend the most time with.

Samantha has a sensitivity that is quite remarkable. She gently took me on an emotional journey using the Gateway Technique. It is a thoroughly life changing experience. I was taken on an inner journey to face and defeat three of my most challenging issues. I cried a lot of tears yet felt so light and free afterwards. I had the amazing multi faceted Gateway Holistic Therapy with Samantha.
WOW ! This Gateway Therapy has so helped me to move forward, rather than staying stuck where I was. This is a beautiful powerful healing session that has enabled me to let go of past hurts that have blocked me and had stopped me from being the best version of me.
