We want everyone who uses us or is thinking about using us for the first time to feel safe and comfortable in the knowledge that you are going to be looked after and that your car will be in as good as, if not better condition than it was before you brought it in. Im Gareth and Im the sole owner of Elite Accident Repair Centre in Batley which I cofounded over 9 years ago with a former business partner.
Just because the insurance company is paying, you are still the customer and not them. You get the same treatment and service as everyone else, something that is not always the case when using your insurance companies repair provider. We take the same amount of time and put the same care and attention into non fault insurance repairs as we do for our regular customers.

Wife's new car got bumped in car park, slight crease in front wing and scratch.. Took it to Elite who did a marvellous job. Can't tell at all. Really pleased with their workmanship.Real panel repair specialists. Can't fault them, would definitely recommend and use again.

Took van in for damage to side panels and rear door, the job done was absolutely fantastic, like new on all panels and wheel, completed in time frame given with good communication throughout, can’t recommend highly enough (third time I’ve used them). Great price too. Thanks guys

I asked Elite to remove a dent and scratch down 3 panels of my car caused by a metal fence.
They gave me a really competitive price, offered a courtesy car and kept in touch with me throughout the 2 days they… had my car.
When the car came back it was incredible and I was really impressed with what they had done. It goes without saying you shouldn’t be able to tell but it was like magic!
Would highly recommend Gareth and his team at Elite.
