First time of using Earby Autos and won't be going anywhere else again ! Service was fantastic from the off, pricing was the most competitive locally, communication was excellent and all the work was carried out that I asked for in a single day. The gentleman that works there even kindly popped my bumper grill back in to place for me and didn't charge after somebody reversed in to me. Well Happy - highly recommend you use them :)

First time my Mercedes has been in here. Excellent customer service, good professional advice and not expensive at all. The car was returned to me washed and vacced. Will be taking my car back here to investigate an unrelated concern. I’ve used several main dealer and independent garages in the past but wish I’d found Earby Autos earlier.

Booked in with Earby autos for a service and MOT, asked for what it may cost and I was called back with a price which was fair. took the car for said service and MOT, when I was due to pick it up, they called me to let me know the new spark plug had been damaged and they would call me when it was fixed. they called me a couple of hours later, the charge was slightly less than quoted and the car had been cleaned as well, very pleased with the service and customer service, I will definitely be using them again.

My wife and I used this garage for our BMW car service for the first time after a friends recommendation. I was unsure at first as we always use main dealer and have struggled to find any alternatives for any car repairs in Skipton. But I must say the service and work was excellent and very reasonably priced, especially compared to the prices we usually pay BMW for the same work.
We were kept informed all the way through the work process and I would highly recommend this local garage as a friendly, affordable and extremely knowledgeable company.

Poor customer service.
Work started without authorisation. Costs continue to go up, work very slow.
Used the garage frequently under the old owners but will be going elsewhere from now on.

Had my Renault Trafic in for full service and mot , the work was completed in the day and delivered back once completed, polite staff and very reasonable prices- definitely use this garage again, thankyou

Garage has recently been taken over by new owners. It was nice to see that the new owner is a time served Landrover Master Technician and has the necessary software for most jobs on my Discovery 4. Something that would have cost me excessive amounts to do at the nearest Landrover dealership (Colne). A breath of fresh air in the area, where there is a predominance for off road vehicles. Do not hesitate to give Paul or one of his experienced staff a call to discuss your vehicle needs.

I believe you get excellent value for money at Earby Autos when it comes to servicing your car and customer service is exactly what you expect from a local garage where your reputation is everything.
