We begin each class with a group warm up and end with a group cool down. During classes we work on spins, tricks and dance from our syllabus at your own pace. With a maximum of 2 students to a pole, our classes are kept small with a supportive atmosphere. As well as all of this, you will be introduced to floor work, dance choreography and conditioning exercises to build your endurance as well as your strength.

Services
These are our general pole dance fitness classes. We have a set syllabus with several levels to work your way through at your own pace, with guidance from our experienced instructors. We will begin by taking the class through a group warm up. Pole is a full body workout, and it is therefore essential that we prepare our bodies for the exercise we are about to do.
We aim for our studio and our social gatherings to be completely inclusive. All ages, abilities, disabilities, ethnicities and genders are welcomed as part of our WEPDA family. If you haven't been to us before and you're unsure we'll be able to accommodate you, please get in touch so we can talk things through with you.

Our pole parties are a memorable way to celebrate hen/stag parties, birthdays, and many other special occasions!. Parties last for one hour as standard - we find this is the optimum length as pole is a fantastic workout!. Please tell us if you'd prefer your party to be fitness based, or if you would rather learn a fun and flirty routine.

I love WEPDA! I've been taking the stretch, pole, and conditioning classes there for a couple months now and I couldn't be more thrilled. I have had so much fun in the classes and having a great workout (and typically, I hate working out). I am noticeably stronger and more confident than before starting pole classes.
