A gem of a company and without exception all the employees I had dealings with were knowledgable, efficient and above all extremely helpful.
I received my Victorian style terracotta coping stones without delay and expertly packaged to minimise any damage in transit. Classical Creations kindly provided a terracotta repair kit for cut facings and replaced a corner section quickly without question and for no charge.

I’m afraid I have to write a negative review. That’s a shame as the phone service and the pricing was perfect. Delivery perfect. However the cream coping stones ordered ( two different sizes ordered) had many defects. The edges were chipped in many places at delivery - probably due to being made and delivered whilst still drying. Difficult to say . I reported the issue to the salesperson who dealt with me and nothing was done about it. Luckily I ordered many spares and installed the remaining defected items on the side of the extension which is not seen often.

Great team at Classic Creations, very attentive management leading by example, their staff were welcoming taking time to explain the manufacturing process and choice of various types sizes and colours of wall copings and pier caps. The lads loaded up my order taking time to fit protective packaging, I'm extremely happy with my stepped pier caps in grey which look great insitu, highly recommendable.
