I am a Virtual Assistant. Working from my own office, I can manage your administration systems, or even put those systems into place for you if needed. Mark is a very busy Business Development Consultant who attends lots of meetings throughout the day. His Inbox was getting busier and he felt it was time to call for some help.

Emma has her own Floristry business and is too busy creating amazing displays and dressing venues for weddings to spend time on her accounts. This is where I come in and take away all of the stress of the accounts for her. Sarah is a performer and is fabulous at what she does. However, she is busy travelling all over the world and performing and was getting bogged down by all of the enquiries she receives daily.

My aim is to work with you to improve your work/life balance and relieve you of some of those tedious tasks that you just don't have the time or inclination to do.

With over 30 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration, working in retail and online businesses such as Next, Boden and British Gas, as well as Local Government, the NHS, schools and private businesses, I have a vast amount of experience.I am a stickler for excellent customer service and can help with improving the service you offer and improve customer relationships for your business.
The hours I work for each client, are recorded and logged and my time is billed in 15 minute slots, so you are not paying for any time that I am not working. Alternatively, you may prefer one of my Retainer Packages whereby you are Invoiced at the start of the month, for an agreed amount of hours to be worked over the coming month.
Sam called me saying, "I think I need your help". He had a company with 3 engineers, but no office space. He had been let down by a previous employee and needed someone to help with the admin. He handed me a laptop and a pile of papers, saying he didn't know who had been invoiced and who owed him money.
