I'm a landlord with a number of houses in Leeds. I had an issue with an american style fridge freezer which another contractor had tried and failed to fix. Brian came promptly, liaised well with the tenants and carried out the repair with minimum fuss, charging very fairly for the job. Helpul and experienced. I can recommend and will be using him again

Really good professional guy,. highly recommend to others. Had a problem with a American fridge freezer. Searched Google found this guy, with some really good reviews, arranged a time for the next day ( quick service,. considering what's going on with covid). He came out diagnosed the problem with in 10 minutes, He gave me a price for part and labour and I agreed to go ahead with the work. He Sorted the problem out with a reasonable price. Very respectful hard working guy, would recommend to anyone who is having problems with a fridge freezer.

Excellent service, would highly recommend
Came quicky, we called Thursday and he came Monday, and even called an hour before to let us know he was coming
Regased and fixed the fridge and cleaned up behind the fridge, vacuumed the dust on the fridge, didn't leave a mess and the fridge is like new again. Cost £130 to fix, much cheaper than buying a new fridge!

I agree with mubeen. This man is a conman. My dad is a pensioner and a very ill man. He charged him £100 to fix the fridge which all he did was fill the gas up. Gave us a 12month guarantee. 2 days later the fridge was having the same issue's . He told my dad we need a part now and we need to pay him another £40. How does he justify that. It wasn't a few months later or a few weeks since he had ' fixed it' It had been two days It and it the sane issue not a different one. Why was my dad asked to pay another £40. He asked for a refund and he pnly gave my dad £50 back. He robbed a pensioner £50

As per the title, my American fridge freezer died, lost power and defrosted overnight. Called Brian out who came out that same afternoon. Diagnosed the issue and had my fridge freezer up and running. Did take a few days to get the parts but that’s due to my fridge being a unique model but I guess I expected that when I bought it. Diamond geezer, great service, and I even learnt a little about fridge freezers and how they work. No doubt, fantastic service, highly recommended and an asset to the industry. What you waiting for?
