Dropped a base unit and laptop with AWK as they were both running incredibly slowly. I needed the laptop back quite quickly as I run everything for my job from it. They were brilliant! Really speedy turnaround and the laptop is like a completely different machine after their service (not tried the base yet as it's not my machine). Definite 5* service.
