Well Polished is an introductory cleaning agency operating from local offices across the UK. Our goal is to provide a quality service at an affordable price for all our clients. Well Polished started out as a part-time business, when the company's founder - Sandra Venables - saw a gap in the market.
She wanted to create an introductory cleaning agency that offered quality cleaners with great customer care. Initially based on the Wirral, the demand for services was overwhelming and Sandra soon found herself inundated with enquiries - many outside of her area! The business was so successful it even won an award for its remarkably fast growth.

I have just had the most amazing experience, we had the loveliest cleaner who was very attentive to all of our requirments. She made sure we were happy with her clean at the end of the clean. Such a refreshing feeling. We only booked a one off clean, but after today we have decided to secure a regular clean. Thank you Well Polished Bishops Stortford. We will be highly recommending you in the future.

We received excellent service from Well Polished, I cannot endorse them highly enough. After having the front of the house dug up and re-concreted and also having been visited by several dogs over the previous few weeks, our home was in a particularly bad state. Jackie sent Antonia to us. She performed a deep clean on the whole house and we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Well Polished and in particular Antonia, who worked really hard, leaving the house cleaner than ever. Thank you very much to Jackie and Antonia.

Terrible service. Cleaner hardly cleaned a thing, when I complained I was made to feel judged and my opinion was worthless as a customer by the franchise owner. Asked for the ensuite to be cleaned, the shower cubicle was not touched, bedside tables, chest of drawers, windowsill in bedroom not touched, only thing in kitchen cleaned was the worktop wiped down, utility not cleaned. Instead of trying to resolve the issue I was given excuses and the blame pointed at me. Absolutely awful. Refused to give me a refund for the clean, only the agency fee back. Stay well away, plenty of other trustworthy
