Trifle Solutions was founded over 20 years ago by Shahida Afzal, herself a telephone sales expert with an excellent track record in getting results across her career. Shahida was consistently disappointed by the standard of telemarketing taking place both within outsourced services and in internal telemarketing teams.

We're a very busy team working on serving our clients, so we want to focus on speaking to people who've been qualified deeply enough that we know we can help them. The Living Wage movement began at a meeting in East London, when Citizens UK brought together churches, mosques, schools and other local institutions to talk about the issues affecting their communities. The issue that continually came up was low pay. When the minimum wage was introduced many were still working 2 or 3 minimum wage jobs and still struggling to make ends meet.

Team are great
Background:
I had a previous background in hard sales and would need to be stripped back and take it back to basics, the clients at trifle don’t want that hard sale.
Cons:
Advised that there would be training, which was lack of, wasn’t given enough time to learn what was needed to be learnt.
No contact given after three weeks, pay which was stated that I was receiving was not given.
Don’t expect a flashy office, your in a dark dingy part of the university, don’t ask questions type of environment
