Sutton Cars & Minibuses's operating standards fully comply with the Ministry of Transport. All Sutton Cars & Minibuses drivers are required to sign confidentiality agreements. If they contravene they will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Staff handbook. Whilst carrying passengers, the driver will not answer the mobile phone unless the vehicle is securely parked off the highway.
