Service was slightly slow, but it was partly over the few weeks surrounding Christmas so is understandable.
Their product offering was inflexible, in that they said I needed to pay for a full MOT, that I didn't need, rather than just checking the issue that I had. Because of this, after I sent the board, I was informed that the service could not take place until I sent my controller too, even though the issue was nothing to do with that. I incurred extra cost sending this separately.
I understand that certain businesses need to operate within strict parameters to offer certain strategic advantages

Be aware!!! They have had my scooter for over 3 months now, paid £240 for repair and no scooter back as yet.....
I was told 3 weeks ago now that the parts were ready and the technicians were finalising the repair, it would be with me within a week!!!!
Still had nothing back!!
Sent 3 emails just recently for updates and no reply.
Every time I call I just get told someone will be in touch and nothing!!!!
I will be taking this a lot further until I get my scooter back or a full refund!

I showed him the damaged part plane as day but still wanted to charge for a look £29.99
Then told me possible part was connected to this part so £70 if this works
£55 per hour to fit!!
So repair around £160 !!!
I found the part online for £12
Fitted in ten minutes!!
Would never use these guys again !!

STAY AWAY i bought one for my son from here, if it goes too fast, it conks out (safety feature - which is great) but to get it working again, you have to take it somewhere to plug it in.
absolutely ridiculous and basically i can’t leave my house or road with it.
contacted them numerous times to be told it’s just how the safety feature works!

We sent my son's hoverboard in for repair with a go-kart attachment and they have lost them ! Have called them on numerous occasions and they offer no compensation at all. That's over £300 worth of equipment lost and no accountability. They said it was delivered but I wasn't in - an absolute lie since I was in all day - note they couldn't even tell me what address it was delivered to. They then said that they returned it to me but couldn't find my house when on my road - so drove all the way back to Leeds (a 4 hour journey)! Why would you not call someone's mobile to ask directions if you are

I needed, 2 solid tyres putting on my M365 scooter, nothing more. I was told it would be ready later that day as the tyres were due in that day, 3 days later It was ready. Tried out the new tyres a few days later to find the steering notchy, took it back and was told as part of their process they tighten certain parts, it so happens my steering was over tightened thus giving me a further bill for new bearings.
