DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Absolutely atrocious service - please do not book with them unless you want to be left high and dry. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would.
Had this booked for over a year as it was for bank holiday weekend which I knew would be busy. Drove for miles to the farm the trailers are kept on to see them, met the owners directly. Paid a deposit and entered into a formal agreement for them to provide me toilets and showers.
Was then emailed out of nowhere to say the agreement was cancelled - no explanation of why, no apology. Rang the office about 2 minutes after
