Our Timber Merchants and Importers business is based in West Wellow near Romsey, Hampshire UK. We service most of Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex. We offer a comprehensive range of sawn and machined softwood products including decking, fencing, sleepers, shed-making materials, packing case timbers and sheet materials.
Traditional Close Board Fencing which is also known as Featherboard or Feather Edge fencing is a firm favourite within the Hampshire fencing industry as a solid boarded fence, and alongside lap panels is the most popular style of fencing supplied and erected. Our Closeboard bays are supplied as loose components and when fitted together create an extremely sturdy and durable fence.
All our fence panels and trellis panels are hand-made on site to a high standard using pressure treated timber from FSC certified sustainable sources. Our heavy duty Lap panels ( also known as waney edge panels ) are constructed using 5 vertical battens each side, with 2 bottom and 1 top horizontal.
