Founded by Tony Dickson and Paul Jordan in 2006, Hoist UK got its start as an approved distributor of lifting equipment from French brand Verlinde to the UK market. Today Hoist UK is one of the largest lifting and handling equipment designers, distributors and manufacturers in the country installing lifting solutions to customers throughout the UK and internationally.

We offer a variety of powered lifting and handling equipment which includes electric chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists, electric belt hoists and electric winches. Both wire rope hoists and chain hoists are robust lifting appliances that are widely used across numerous industry sectors in a variety of lifting applications.
Hoist UK supply a variety of Electric Chain Hoists and Trolleys from leading international lifting equipment manufacturer Verlinde. Our high quality electric chain hoists are capable of lifting loads from 63kg to 10 tonnes and we offer a range of electric, manual and geared trolleys, including trolleys for curved beams and low headroom working environments.
Our range of Electric Wire Rope Hoists from Verlinde are designed to handle heavy duty loads up to 250 tonnes and offer fast lifting speeds. It is available without a trolley in a foot mounted (fixed mount) installation or it can be configured for a low headroom operation, normal headroom or a double girder trolley configuration.
