Brilliant from start to finish.
Selling a property in the middle of a pandemic could have been a horrendous
idea, but Bobby and the team at Alexander Charles & Browne made sure
everything was COVID secure and moved forwards as efficiently as possible
under the circumstances. The advice and support given throughout the whole
process was fantastic and I felt informed and remained a priority.

We considered three estate agents for the sale of our house on Allenby Road and ACB were undoubtedly the best. They were professional, provided good communication throughout the whole process and genuinely worked in our best interests. In particular Raj did everything we could have asked for and more by brokering a fair deal for all parties. Their pragmatic approach was refreshing and I only wish they operated nationally, as we would use them again without hesitation.

Very Help full and made me and my wife comfortable. i have contacted a number of agents local to my property and were very pushy. When i contacted Alexander Charles the agent (Bobby) was so easy to talk to and gave me great advice and was very knowledgeable. Had a really good, straightforward experience selling with Bobby from A,C&B. Out of the agents we met (naming no names of some larger chain/ online agents!) we felt he was a balance of being a good salesman without being pushy, which is what we would have wanted if we were buying a property. He kept in touch about viewings, and did his homework on the people that gave us offers and helped us achieve a price we were happy with in about 2 weeks. Would recommend.
