Giggles were excellent! We wanted a Frozen theme for our 3 year old daughter’s birthday. They sent photos of previous displays for inspiration and were very helpful and fully contactable. Reliable and efficient. I fully recommend them.

So pleased we found Giggles Party Shop. Was great to get some inspiration from their Facebook page, but once we saw the Frozen theme we were sold (although couldn't give up the unicorn!). Prompt delivery and great value, we will certainly be using them again for any other celebrations.

We ordered two giant Mr & Mrs balloons for our special day.
They were delivered to our venue fully inflated and looked fantastic in the room!
It was exactly what we wanted and we would highly recommend.

Best ballons by far. There is nothing Sharon and Lisa can't create out of balloons. Tell them what you want and leave them.to create your vision. They never disappoint. Such good and friendly service.

Very disappointed with the customer service by the owner of giggles on the 22nd of June 2019 .been using the shop for the 18 years they have been open .my auntie brought me a balloon by the time she got to other side of high wycombe the balloon had gone down...so she took it back only to be told it was her fault and the owner was very rude to her. Same giggles have had a lot of money out of my family .will really think twice befor returning

Love this shop always got different ideas and so much choice . Friendly service , nothing ever too much trouble and the balloons last for weeks always such good value for money and the best quality . It’s fantastic to have such a great independent shop locally .

I purchased helium balloons for my 18th and they lasted about 4 days before they even started to show crinkling and deflation. They also had a huge range of balloons for birthdays, weddings and hen nights. They offer personalized balloons and banners and even amazing balloon arrangements. First stop for anything decorative for any occasion.

Although called Giggles, the atmosphere in the shop is far from happy. The staff are not very smiley and enthusiastic, more grumpy. A smile and genuine interest in customers can go along way.
They should also introduce more modern designs for banners etc, as outdated. A Star is for their balloon colour and size selection which is good.
