Nice auction house selling some interesting and quality lots, customer service at reception leaves much to be desired. You can stand in front of them for 7/8 minutes whilst they are on the phone, no acknowledgement, a lack of basic customer service skills. They just don’t try to be helpful.
They wanted to follow up my review and asked me to contact them, I sent them my details 10 days ago, I’ve heard diddly-squat since. Feigned interest only confirms my views about their interest in customer service.

I would like to thank all of the staff at Dreweatts that have again taken me through a successful purchase at their auction rooms, acknowledging at the same time, that I live approximately 200 miles away.
They include admin staff, staff that accurately gave me most detailed descriptions of the horology lots I was interested in, staff accommodating telephone bids, all of which sums Dreweatts up as, "great to do business with"
