Quite honestly the worst firm I have ever tried to deal with. Only put 1 star as you can not review without a star or I would have given none. All I want is a simple answer to a simple question and I get passed pillar to post, left on hold for 30 plus minutes, promise after promise of calls back etc. To be fair its absolutely atrocious for a firm to treat someone like this over a simple matter. Looks like I will have to escalate it with someone, somehow???

Farcical 6+ month long conveyance on a no-chain, FTB. Was sold a fixed price free and they ended up charging me almost £800 extra, with no option but to pay due to a looming mortgage expiration deadline.
Very difficult to get hold of, first lawyer left half way through and I wasn't told, which led to further delays. Management staff incredibly rude. First lawyer could barely string a sentence together. Dreadful customer service and completely reactive (non-proactive) approach. As another reviewer has posted: avoid like the plague

Worst solicitor firm ever used. Receptionist called Nicola has the most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced. Won’t get the job done and makes excuses for everything passing blame on to everyone involved in the sale of our house even though everyone has communicated correctly apart from them! She won’t allow us to speak to the solicitor dealing with the case and rudely insults you before hanging the phone up mid conversation! What a disgrace of a person and law firm for employing such a disgustingly rude individual.

I have worked with HSK for a number of years. Rifat and her team have dealt with my conveyancing transactions and I have never been left disappointed. Rifat is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The last transaction proved to be quite difficult due to the lengthy chain involved but I was kept updated at all times. She was very prompt at dealing with all emails and calls. I would definitely recommend HSK!

Absolute cowboys,this firm is not proactive they don’t care about their clients.The receptionist is clueless and fobs you off with “Oh,he’s away from his desk at the moment,can I take your number”..You’ve had my number 3 times!Do not believe any positive reviews about this firm they’re false made up by staff at the firm.Trust me,avoid like the plague...

I never thought I'd actually write a positive review for a solicitor, but here goes! Bilal Khan did an excellent job and delivered on time with no fuss. As always there were hickups and testing moments, you'll never avoid this, but we got there in 10 weeks with a chain of 7. Will definitely use again.
