Buy sealed products only, I purchased 21 boosters of Chilling Reign and Fusion Strike on sale over the holidays. I didn't pull a single hit. 21 boosters and not a single hit? I should know better than to buy single boosters from a shop that sells Singles/Raw cards.Weighed? No issues with sealed product, free delivery over £20 and good prices, but avoid booster packs.

I ordered at the Infinity Sale 10 Pokemon Booster Packs of Guardians Rising and 40 Pokemon Booster Packs of Unbroken Bonds. I opened in total 50 packs and there was all green code cards and not 1 holo card in it! That pull rate is not normal! I opened packs for so long time and have never experienced something like that.. I know that nothing is guaranteed, but in so many packs i can hope at least 1 holo card... I would never buy here single packs!!

This is the second time I paid extra for next day delivery (or Swift
Next weekday, order before 3pm Mon-Fri as they call it) which I placed before 3pm and still did not receive my package the following day on both occasions. Its not the end of the world but I did have to pay extra for no reason. Not sure I will pay for the extra service again.

Ordered entire booster boxes from these guys before with fast delivery and amazing pulls.
Customer service was also great when I ordered the wrong item accidentally. A quick email was all it took and the order was cancelled and a refund was issued as soon as they opened at 8 the next morning. Along with a email to let me know that they had sorted it for me.

Never had a problem with chaoscard till October when i preordered the pokemon sword shield premium collection box with them had no email or phone call about this item been chasing them since then about it every time they are blaming pokemon company for it saying they didnt get the right amount of stock i seen alot of places have it in stock safe to say i will not preorder from them again!!

Used to be really good now have nothing but problems with them. I've been lied to on several account and the prices on most things are higher than most. So after discount usually they're not cheaper than several other stores I regularly use. Will not be using them again after the problems yet again with the latest order.
