Pigeon was established as a property company in 2000; Pigeon Investment Management Ltd was formed in 2008 and now manages investments in strategic land, commercial property, renewables, and other real estate related opportunities. The Board is supported by considerable in-house professional resource including chartered surveyors, town planners and engineers.

Cambridge Power Ltd, founded by Pigeon Investment Management Ltd, develops battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar sites throughout the United Kingdom.
