We believe, and research has shown, that oral health contributes to your complete physical and emotional well being. Our main emphasis has always been on prevention of dental disease and the maintenance of healthy teeth, gums, jaw joints and oral tissues, and so we encourage regular detailed examinations and hygiene visits.
Modern dentistry can correct all of these problems to give you the healthy smile you have always dreamed of. As much of our work is concerned with restoring teeth, we place an emphasis on merely 'filling' teeth, but on placing highly aesthetic, precision restorations resulting in almost invisible, beautiful dentistry.
In addition to his implant and restorative skills, Karim also achieved his Diploma in Conscious Sedation from Guy's Hospital in 1998. This allows him to treat those patients who are particularly anxious, or even have a phobia about dental treatment. Karim is trained to administer both oral sedation and intravenous sedation, which allow treatment in a relaxed, safe environment, and patients typically have no memory of the events.
Our range of preventative treatments is particularly important for children. We encourage regular examination and hygiene appointments for our younger patients as well as provide fissure sealants, fluoride treatments and diet advice to encourage children to establish a routine that will lead to a lifetime of dental health.
Tooth Bleaching or Whitening has been used in dentistry for many years to lighten dark, discoloured teeth. Improvements to methods and materials have led to reliable, consistent results with minimal or no side effects and without harming the teeth. Here at Kew Dental Care, we are living proof that this is a safe, easy and relatively quick method to 'lift' your smile and create a more youthful, fresh appearance without surgical intervention.

I feel really lucky to have found this practice - everyone in the team is super professional, warm and helpful. I'm really satisfied with the results; I feel a real difference compared to my previous practice. I particularly appreciated when I needed an emergency appointment and it was catered for within an hour or so. Fees are reasonable and the Covid measures are properly there.

I've been going to Kew Dental Care for quite a few years now and I can confidently say it is the best dental care I've received to date. Previously I was a patient at dental surgeries in Harley Street and Wimpole Street in London. David and his team have high professional standards, while still being friendly and helpful. I have had all sorts of treatment, from simple hygenist clean up, night guard fitting, to replacement crowns and root canal treatment. All carried out to a high standard.

Just can't rate my experience at this surgery highly enough! Having been with a previous superb dentist for 30 years and quite dentistry phobic, I was apprehensive about going to a new one. However, from just the first encounter with the really helpful (and smiley!) Frances on reception, I needn't have worried. Totally professional at every stage and the quality of dentistry I received from Karim was literally what I was hoping to find. Kew Dental is outstanding. I always felt very satisfied with the care I received before the pandemic (which has ranged from hygiene to fillings to night guards) but David went above and beyond for me when it became clear I needed a root canal in the middle of lockdown. He made sure that I got the medication I needed to manage the situation until I was able to get treatment when things opened back up in the summer, and was hugely supportive and attentive the whole time. If you need a new dentist, don't hesitate to use this practice!

Have helped with a range of dental issues and routine hygienist appointments over the last 5 years since I joined the practice. Kew Dental Care really does provide a five star service. My family has been a treated at Kew a Dental Care for over 15 years with even the most nervous of us bring made to feel comfortable at all times. Whether for regular checkups, difficult procedures or in the case of emergencies, they have always provided an excellent and efficient service. I am particularly impressed by the time they take to make patients feel comfortable and to follow up post treatment. We feel lucky to have such an excellent local dental surgery.

I have been going Kew Dental Care since it was first established in Kew. It provides anything and everything one would want from a high quality practice: outstanding treatment and care,provided by friendly and professional people with a strong focus on patient service and satisfaction. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I'd avoided the dentist for a few years (like a lot of people), but then urgently needed to go and decided to use this one based on the reviews I'd read, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The team are wonderful and amazing at what they do, plus the level of after-care given is truly exceptional. Everything is explained and they are more than happy to discuss every detail of your treatment with you. Very impressed.
