This company seems to run as a bunch of independent branches doing their own thing.
They don't stock the same materials, they don't run the same types of vehicles, no standardisation!
At Handsworth branch its almost impossible to get an order placed. The company say they do COD but this branch won't. Its takes multiple calls to even be told when they can schedule you in. As far as i can tell, its just this branch.

First time I had a fantastic experience, yet I ran out of some stuff so ordered some more last week and when supposed to deliver refused as apparently road was blocked, but when I went out to see who was blocking, lorry not there as was on phone to the company and the road was not blocked, when asked when they was going to redeliver, I was told they were not. My road is quite narrow and I have never had issues with other builders merchants, also loads of ppl on my street have ordered over last few months and they have had no issues with getting up and down the road with other companies.
