I had a consultation today with Laura. She quickly realised that my issue (a pain) might be a skin issue not a hair issue. Honestly, she explained everything so clearly and I was extremely impressed by her knowledge.
I didn't require a treatment in the end but her advice was greatly appreciated. I learned a lot from her in only 20 minutes about skin/hair health.

Had my first laser tattoo removal session today. Melissa has been really professional and explained everything in depth on my first consultation. I'm yet to see the full results but I have every confidence that they will be good. Everyone at BPC makes you feel comfortable and the place itself is very clean modern and fully equipped. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Went to the clinic for the first time to start treatment of some aggressive acne scarring, the team allowed me to feel welcome they had very friendly and prompt customer service, offer of drinks after they take all the covid precautions via taking your temps at the door as well as talking through medical history and other vitals.

I visited yesterday for lip filler and would definitely recommend BPC. All the staff were really friendly, and this along with the design of the clinic lead to a very calming and enjoyable experience. Dr Sehrish Rafiq was fabulous! She explained the whole treatment to me, and was very professional. She made sure the experience was unique to me, asking my opinion and ensuring I was happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Firstly, the Birmingham Private Clinic looks great, and very clean with an easy going, relaxing atmosphere, where all the the staff provide a great professional service from the moment you enter to when you leave.
Secondly and most important was my initial consultation with Melissa, who made me feel at ease, comfortable and well informed regarding what to expect from my treatment, including answers to my questions about my treatment for tattoo removal.

1st treatment today with melissa after a very professional consultation. I was very late for my appointment due to an accident on the motorway and arrived a little flustered to my appointment the level of care professionalism and customer service I have received from the clinic and melissa is outstanding in all my years working in the beauty… industry I have never experienced such amazing service. The clinic is spotlessly clean and not clinical from my 1st telephone enquiry these guys have come up 10 out of 10 very vey pleased and impressed highly recommend them one very happy client

Absolutely loved the clinic, it’s so beautiful and I love the artwork. My treatment was amazing , I had laser hair removal by Jade and a hydrafacial from Chelsea, both of which were very professional and medical grade. I am already seeing results and can’t wait for my next appointment! I would definitely recommend the hydrafacial for everyone , it’s the first clinic in Birmingham to have the newest machine!
