Lovely staff, huge and great selection of beers and wines, and the most unexpected, incredible food. It's like gourmet restaurant meets wine cellar meets a local, friendly bar. We went there on a Sunday when they have a Sunday Brunch menu which is a selection of small plates, we had almost one of everything, including the puddings, and they were all delicious, really thought through dishes, creative and full of flavour. Priced accordingly and attentive, unobtrusive service. Totally recommend.

This is an independent wine store that is small and with a good range. It seems to have a good range of non-mainstream bottles and this was great to browse and then buy a few bottles.
Overall it is a bit pricey for the regular bottles but that is often the case with independents via Majestics/Waitrose, however there are many bottles that can be selected without paying over the odds and it is always a positive thing to support local independent wine stores. In fact I bought my first local wine here!

Friendly fast and efficient service! I went in to find a particular bottle after finding one we enjoyed at a local restaurant. I went in and asked about it and was taken straight to it on the shelf, the lady who served us told us how they found this wine in Oz whilst visiting which was interesting to hear the background behind the drink. I would have enjoyed hearing more but as the children were with me I couldn't prolong the visit.
