Services
CNC Milling & Turning: A turnkey operation, making the whole manufacturing process of a component, more cost effective, a reduction in scrap parts and getting the best from stock material and the machines. Samar run numerous CNC Machines in-house and will be able to advise on the right solution and process for your job.
Wire and Spark Erosion: CNC wire erosion and spark machining are both processes that will allow us to produce intricate and difficult of parts, ie hexagonal pockets, blind keyways at very competitive prices, a key requirement for any customer. To begin with an electrode will need to be manufactured.
Surface and Cylindrical Grinding: A process used to finish highly tolerance pieces often associated with the Aircraft industry. Surface grinding is generally the most common of the grinding techniques. An abrasive wheel rotates on a spindle and runs generally above the piece of material, be it metallic or non-metallic.
Product Inspection: Our one off components go through the inspection department, either using the CMM or conventional measuring equipment. Our batch runs are inspected to customer requirements and the components that go into any onsite final assembly are fitted with complete confidence. This allows Samar and the customer to have complete piece of mind when delivering a the finished product.
Jigs and Fixtures: As before, the need for a fixture or a particular jig is still a requirement for many companies, allowing them to produce their products in the most cost effective manner. This is where we are able to win over so many engineering companies, employing experienced toolmakers and Technicians provides Samar with a range of experience that is now hard to come by.

As a customer of Samar for many years I cannot fault the guys there. They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled and go the extra mile with their service. They always ready to offer helpful advice and insights with any kind of project from batch work, one off jobs, jigs, machining etc... They've probably seen it all.
