Are you looking to energise your team and help them feel connected and inspired to work together more effectively? Is it time to reward them for their hard work and commitment by giving them a memorable and unique experience to blow away the Zoom fatigue? At Rhythmworks, we're passionate about improving the way teams work together.
And we do it through the most primal of pleasures - drumming, specifically Japanese Taiko drumming. Face-to-face or online, we use Taiko - a unique combination of rhythm and movement with teamwork at its core - to get your team moving, doing something new, feeling connected, having more fun than they've ever had - and more productive as a result.

Absolutely brilliant! A really fun way to engage with a team, ten weeks of lockdown in New Zealand has been exhausting for many and a session of Taiko drumming with Mark was just the mojo boost we needed! Really clear instructions and very well presented, especially in the world of zoom - the split screen was a great addition. Thanks Mark

Absolutely brilliant! So much fun over zoom. It was really well organised and everyone enjoyed the event. It really helped to have fun with my team who I haven't been able to see in person for ages. So it was lovely to all be together and re-connect. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to do something different and energising.

A Great fun event, even given the limitations of the medium being used (Zoom).
It was well presented, and Mark made everything easy to follow. Definitely as close as we could have got to a room full of people.
I would strongly recommend you try this out, as team building, or just an evening of fun fro a group.

Such a lot of fun, and it worked so well via zoom, I was really impressed. I loved Mark’s split screen, so we could see him front AND side on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this event to anyone looking for a social evening / team building session. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Japanese drumming is such a great team building tool. It’s a perfect illustration of how teamwork and trust are crucial for a good overall outcome. And it's great fun.
I attended one of Rhythmworks' team-building workshops for a group of entrepreneurs at Signal Bordon.
Brilliant for illustrating how crucial working together is to achieving a common goal and also reinforces this learning through active participation.
Mark is both engaging and knowledgeable and creates a perfect package of relevant learning experiences with lots of fun and laughter. Excellent as an ice-breaker too. Banzai!

Attended as part of a networking event - would highly recommend for team building exercises or just some team fun. Mark was a great instructor who made the drumming look easy, but by the end of the session i felt like I'd had a full body work out and released a lot of aggression. They cater for all group sizes and abilities (I had never held a drum stick!). Great fun, for all!

I attended a Rhythmworks team-building event run by Mark, not knowing really what to expect - and how I would find it with my total lack of drumming experience. I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable workshop I have ever been to.. Our team were not that familiar with each other - but Mark brought us altogether and his tuition was excellent. Concentration was required - but it was fun and sheer enjoyment and a great feeling of satisfaction to play for 2 mins at the end as a team. It aligned us in purpose - and if you are looking for an activity which is a great leveller and everyone can manage

I have used Rhythm works on two separate occasions now and both times have been impressed not only by the enthusiasm of the team but the brilliant results accomplished. As a team building experience, this is truly hard to beat and the Rhythm Works team are at the top of their game - to underline this, the participants of both days are still talking about it - many months and even years later.
I found them first class and would heartily recommend talking to them about a day to remember for all.

I attended a team building day with Mark, at which he taught us how to play the drums, how to perform with the correct 'spirit', and how to 'ha' and 'ka' in all the right places. I've never played more than a recorder in year 6, so I was amazed to be able to remember (most) of the musical phrases Mark taught us and put it all together in a final performance. It really made us work together and pushed us all, delightfully, out of our comfort zones. I thorougly recommend!
