I have been going to Michael James for a few months. First 2 appointments were good, staff were engaging, and I was happy with the cut but on a recent appointment from start to finish i was in and out within 20 minutes for a wet cut and style. The standard for me has dropped so much that i can't return. Normally you would be offered a drink, a wash would be carried out with care but on this occasion it was so terrible i am left dismayed. The hairdressers is busy and there an atmosphere that if you don't like it, don't come back.

The staff are welcoming. I didn’t have much confidence in hairdressers,they don’t listen to what you want or don’t want. I have had my hair done a few times by Natalie, she listens and understands your worries and fears and has done my hair beautiful, I have been very pleased every time. All the staff make me feel very welcome and plus get coffee every visit.
