I just want to thank you guys for saving my bacon when my rear left tyre was flat. I knew you didn’t do tyre repairs but you did point me in the right direction, went to that particular garage and got the repairs done. I have also been a previous customer on a few occasions where I needed my headlight bulbs changing. Absolutely amazing, kind, friendly, swift and top notch customer service. After Halfords cancelled my dash cam fitting 3 times I decided to look elsewhere-
Phoned up mid-day to see if they could fit dash cam. Fitted that afternoon, and took less than an hour. They also walked me through how it worked.

Just had the worst experience at Epic. Absolutely shocking! They fitted the incorrect bolts on my wheels. As I tried to drive off there was a crunching noise. Immediately I was told by them it was a brake issue and nothing to do with the bolts. Waited 2 hours for the AA having been told by the Epic manager I needed to have the car taken to a… garage. AA guy took out the new bolts which were longer than the old ones!!! They were poking through the drum and scraping the brakes. When I showed the guys at Epic I was told “oh, they must have been in the wrong box”. The chap who fitted

Have used these guys for years and would not consider anywhere else for anything motor accessories related. This week I unwittingly crushed my roofbox, see pictures below. By any standards this looked unrecoverable but I spoke with Dean who picked up after hours and organised everything for the morning after despite covid restrictive working. On arrival I was met by Matt who was fully briefed and he worked wonders on the box, completing the impossible in just one hour. Great service, great result and asked only for a nominal amount which I duly improved because I was delighted with the outcome
