Took in two sofa cushion covers to be cleaned. Upon collection, the owner commented on how hard they were to clean, suggesting they had been done but with difficulty, and took our money. When we unwrapped them, the stains were clearly still there.

Worst customer service.
Put in some bits for dry cleaning and when i questioned the price when I thought I had been overcharged I was told it was my fault it was charged incorrectly. I'll apologise now on here for not knowing your pricing list. When I said I won't come back I was told "doesn't bother me if you do or not".
