Tumble Dryer stopped spinning. I emailed via the website on Saturday morning. Neil responded promptly to advise could attend Tuesday morning at 8am. Came on time, wore a mask, replaced the belt and left within 20 minutes. Fantastic service and best of all was around £30 less than I was expecting. Very satisfied first time customer.

This guy is great. Quick to respond to my call, he was out to me first thing next day. Fault diagnosed within minutes of arrival, he had spares to do the fix then and there, which was a very pleasant surprise. When it came to the bill, that was another pleasant surprise, as it was less than I expected. In and out within 30 minutes. Very professional, pleasant gent. Will definitely use again.
