AMS is a project finance services and advisory company, specialising in PFI/PPP and other structured finance. We have been providing services to many of the key players in the PFI/PPP and project finance industry since 2000. We have no external investors and as a wholly independent company can provide the impartial advice and management needed to run successful projects.
AMS was formed in 1999 by three former members of an investment fund, John Whittington, Sally Brooks and John George. We have no links to contractors or equity investors and are not a division of a larger consultancy or services company. It is this that makes us unique. As the PFI/PPP investment market has reached maturity the importance of clear contractual lines with no conflicting interests or encumbered contracts has grown.
