I recently experienced a lubar sprain which was sending my back into spasms. In agony, I rang the surgery and spoke to Pheobe who was so sympathetic and managed to arrange an emergency appointment for me. I felt improvement after the first session with Dr Jeon and now that I've finished the treatment plan, my back has felt better than it has done for years.

Yoon is extremely thorough and competent with history taking and clinical assessment. I feel in very safe hands, that he understands the root cause of my issue, that he is accurate with his diagnosis and he is educating me well for all the things I need to do so that I can fully heal and return to my sport.

After many many years of trying all manner of treatments and therapies, I discovered the complementary medical centre. I was suffering with TMJ issues and anxiety. I was a little skeptical, having not had success elsewhere, and multiple practitioners telling me that I would not get better. Dr Jeon suggested some chiropractic treatments as well as acupuncture. I've recently completed treatment for tendonitis in both Achilles and a painful left knee. I worked with Dr Joanne Kitchener, who was able to assess and then treat the issues. The Doctor used Acupuncture (which I'd never had before) to treat the injuries. This was a painless experience and did the trick for me. Dr Joanne is warm and welcoming, and explained everything that was going on. I have been extremely happy with the care I was given. Would I use again, I certainly would.

The whole staff is very friendly and professional, both of the receptionists that I have met were amazing, they always with the smiles on their faces and always make you feel welcome and taken care of.
Dr.Yoon Jeon always takes time to listen and to explain the whole treatment, with his extensive knowledge in the field of medicine he can help with many problems. 5-star service!!!

I always have excellent service from the Chiropractic & Complementary Medical Centre and as they offer both chiropractic and acupuncture as treatment methods, my neck is no longer as stiff as it was and my migraines have all but disappeared!! I would definitely recommend a visit if you have any muscular issues....
