He was so professional and courteous and took his time to ensure we were completely happy with everything.
Matt has tuned our piano several times over the years and I find him to be the best in the business, and very reasonably priced and very efficient with communication.

Would have been good but when talking about upgrading my somewhat unique (and relatively unforgettable) piano he just didn't want to know. He only tuned it last month and offered a bass string replacement! How could he forget that? Doesn't tune in the old fashioned sense using his ear to accommodate the nuances and compromises a keyboard instrument demands - he uses am electronic tuner!
