Engineer turned up to take a look at my machine, he was wearing a face mask, he sanitised his hands before he entered, and made sure to keep a safe distance the whole time he was there, he changed the carbon brushes on my machine, which he had the brushes on the van, price was more than reasonable, 10/10 and covid measures were followed by the book.
