Ordered 2 months ago. After 2 weeks I questioned when they would ship as I hadn't heard anything, and got an immediate 'dispatched' email as a response. Still haven't received the items I ordered 2 months later. Just sent another email through the website to question my order as my previous email was ignored. Not holding my breath for response based on the other reviews.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with the company. I specifically checked that it would be delivered in time for Christmas, received assurances from Keith on 19 Nov that it would be delivered within two weeks. It has still not been received, so my nephew has gone without his Christmas present.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Appalling customer service. Sent chasing emails as still hadn't received my item after 3 months. Emails mostly ignored until I mentioned Trading Standards. I then received a refund with no explanation and still no garment. Complete waste of time.

My experience of buying from Viga was excellent. I needed white shorts to fit the kit requirements for an athletics match that weekend and on emailing them asking whether they would arrive on time was replied to very promptly. This meant that I could order safe in the knowledge they would arrive in time, and also had the added benefit of VIGA sorting out a discount code as the one advertised wasn't currently active. The kit quality is fantastic also!

Really poor customer service. Ordered shorts 7 weeks ago which never arrived. Phoned 2 weeks ago to be told the order would be sent out. Still no sign of them.

Initially a poor experience . Purchased a running vest which never arrived , emailed them, used the website contact form never received a reply . I originally posted this review following non receipt of my order. In fairness to them , they have subsequently contacted me & fulfilled the order. I have now received the order & I’m delighted with the quality. I appreciate them taking time to resolve the issue.

Awful. Unbelievably slow to post items. Items arrived were poor fit and quality. Returned the items weeks ago recorded post and STILL not received refund after multiple emails. Shoddy. I try to support local businesses but I don't like being taken for a ride.
