We recently had an urgent request for technical drawings from the Master of one of our vessels which had been drafted on size A1 paper. After researching for local suppliers for scanning services and discussing with Storetec, we found that the service could be provided and in good time. The order was only placed mid morning, and by mid afternoon the digital copies had been received and to the required standard. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and I would certainly use their services again or recommend them

Storetec helped me to get a small job scanned very quickly when no other firm would offer faster than 4 weeks.
And when a family member was involved in an emergency op, they sent the documents securely a second time with get well wishes from the team.

I also advise to be careful with this company. We were charged double of what the 'estimate' said and then were charged separately for the destruction of the scanned documents. Their business processes have failed us as a customer completely from estimation to destruction of the documents. They did not alert us to the additional costs which most companies would have done. We would have gone with another provider altogether had we know the final cost of the service. When we complained, they pretty much hid behind their terms, so I would say get a firm quote from them and do not let them provide

It has been a pleasure to deal my Amy and the rest of the Storetec team. We had an A1-size artwork to scan as part of the roseate tern recovery project run by the RSPB. Storetec agreed to scan and post the artwork back without charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The scan was of a very good quality and it was sent via a secure link. Communication was amazing at each stage of the order processing. I would highly recommend this valuable company with the vision beyond profit. Thank you.

My advice is to be very careful before accepting an estimate from this company.
Our job cost twice the amount estimated despite the representative seeing all of our boxes, in the end their solution came out more expensive than more cost effective alternatives. We queried the invoice and asked for a small discount and was advised their terms and conditions covered this and we informed you this was only an estimate. Let me tell you if we estimated bills at half the price and ended up charging double we wouldn’t have many customers left. The quality of the job carried out was good, you just need

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. FRAUDSTERS.
They quoted us which we was happy to proceed with and then invoiced us 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT with no communication. Looking at the reviews it appears that they deliberately do this to a lot of companies and somehow get away with it.
