We are very experienced in the supply and installation of bespoke modular buildings with many years in the industry, our company has a proven track record. We have hundreds of satisfied clients who can vouch for the high standards of professionalism and quality that we provide.
We offer a complete bespoke building control compliant modular construction solution, such as permanent and temporary modular buildings for offices, healthcare centres, commercial establishment's, classrooms and accommodation to name a few.Modular structures are a convenient and cost-effective alternative to traditional building work.

We are in the process of working a better sqm rate out for larger projects so basically the bigger you go the cheaper the rate will be. As we are a bespoke company each build differs from one to the next, you the customer have full say on the size/layout and spec' as everyone has their own ideas and taste.
First and foremost, we always advise contacting your local Council to discuss possible plans on any buildings whether it's a garden office or modular build. Please note that any building that requires planning permission can be arranged by Lincs-Cabins Ltd. Building control is also arranged by Lincs-Cabins Ltd, we can either pair up with the local Council or use trusted independent companies.

These guys are great. Went up there and picked a lovely cabin at the cheapest price in England. Lee was a gentleman to deal with. Brought the cabin and gave a large deposit. Due to reasons totally of our own we could not complete the purchase. Our deposit was refunded immediately without an issue. We will definitely use Lincs cabins again when we can and have already recommended them to everyone we know. This company is completely trustworthy and honest and fair. Five stars all round.

Lincs cabins are a fantastic company to deal with. We went to the workshop and picked our cabin from the huge range that they had and gave our deposit. Lee was a real gentleman to deal with and nothing was too much hassle.
Due to our oversight we could not complete the purchase and after extensive help from all at lincs cabins it was not possible to move ahead (completely our fault) they refunded our deposit in full and did not quibble at all. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. We recommend lincs cabins to the highest degree.

In October of 2019 i was given the contact details for Lee, the owner of Lincs Cabins. On initial contact a meeting was arranged at my home to take measurement and my ideas for the personal design given my garden space.
Lee arrived on time, was very courteous, informative and provided some great advice on my ideas and how best to make use of the available space.
An initial drawing was emailed through for me to review after which, myself an my partner were invited to the (at the time) Sheffield based showroom to view the pre-built units and pick our own speciation's etc.

Can not fault these guys from start to finish. Our build was not the easiest with access and space available not the best. Lee came out to site drew up plans and after approval the EXCELLENT team turned up to build. Two weeks from start to finish they were a dream..polite punctual and fun...Great guys who are a credit to Lincs-cabins...Dean has been on the ball with last minute changes from me.🙈

Couldn’t recommend these guys anymore they are brilliant at what they do. We have just had a cabin built in the back garden for the mother in law. From first arrival the lads got cracked on with the build along with having a chat and a laugh with us. The cabin is top notch and we all love it. The work they did in a short period of time is amazing and cleaned up everything after they was finished. Thank you lads we will definitely come back to you if we need anything else like that doing

These people are amongst the best tradesman that we have ever come across they were on time each and every day they were polite and worked hard . The end result was simply amazing and everyone tried there upmost to maintain their own very high standards All work areas were maintained in a clean safe and tidy condition I would have absolutely no hesitation on recommending Lincs Cabins, Lee and all the lads to anyone and continue to do so on a daily basis A huge thank-you to you all and long May your success continue
