Working from our offices in Mayfair and Bath, we are a hard working team who take pride in listening to both Clients and Candidates to ensure a good match. We don't ever play a numbers game. If we have just two nannies who are right for a position, the Client will receive two CV's.

As a mother of 4 and having founded Imperial Nannies in 1996, I understand the value of reliable child care. Whilst we can only place Nannies who have at least 3 years of experience working in a private household, an exception is made for Newly Qualified Norlanders (NQN's). We enjoy assisting our Newly Qualified Norlanders at the start of their career and make sure to place them with families who understand that their first position can be quite nerve wracking.

I have been lucky enough to be place by Imperial Nannies. The application process was very smooth, the selection of clients and roles that needed filling was plentiful, so much so - that it was hard to pick just one to apply! Not to mention that working with the recruiters has been nothing short of lovely! I highly recommend be it as a Parent looking for child care, or as a professional looking for that just right family! I registered with Imperial nannies in October. I was put forward for a lot of roles. Brigette is a super star! Very soft spoken, professional and very understanding. In March with her help I was able to secure a role which I was to start in May. The process was extremely fast and Brigette was there through it all. Can’t thank her enough.

Completely agree with the negative reviews regarding correspondence from Imperial Nannies. The Staff are rude and extremely unprofessional in their emails.
It's a shame because they are losing out on experienced Nannies and families willing to pay for their services because of their bad attitude.
Imperial nannies told me that their clients would not be willing to pay for my 9 years of nannying experience and qualifications because I had spent the last 3 years in another country working as a nanny and not here in England. I found this utterly baffling so I proceeded to contact one of their clients

I genuinely do not like writing bad reviews about companies on line as having been a business owner myself I understand the implications these can cause. Having thought about this for a few weeks I do feel both future nannies and clients should be allowed to hear peoples own experiences. I have to admit it did surprise me when I started looking at other reviews. I am not the only person who has felt this recruitment agency is extremely patronising and rude.

So many agencies are in it for the placement fee and I know that some do not carry out suitable checks on the nannies they represent (even though they say they do). This leaves me with some disquiet for the unsuspecting families and children out there, because lets be honest, if you love children, and you should as a nanny, then you want them to be safe from unscrupulous agencies and child carers! With Imperial Nannies I had no such concerns. I was really impressed with the friendly, thorough and professional interview I undertook. The agency could at least inform the registered candidate about the job application progress or let them know if the position has been filled. Having no feedback at all makes me thinking my profile has not been forwarded to the families. I don't find this professional approach. I found a job myself in one week.

I am very pleased with Imperial Nannies Agency. They are not only very professional, friendly but also very responsive. I have been registered as a Nanny with this agency for 2 years now and after a successful placement with a family, I was in particular very impressed with how they guided me through the whole process and always feel they deal me as a person and not just a candidate with number, they make sure the Nanny is also heard if a conflict does happen.
