Worst experience ever!!! Our flight was late which made us late for picking up our rental car. We ended up getting to the place 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time and were told they gave our car to someone else even though we had already paid for it in full. Not only did they give our car away, they also said they had no other cars available for us. Very disappointed with the customer service! We are now fighting to get our money back.

They gave us a car that would not start again for 30 minutes after refueling. Not only did they hang up on us when we called to get help, but they want to charge us extra. I am awaiting outcome of our request to get a refund. I will definitely never use them again. Their customer service has been very poor. No apology for us being stranded twice. They are ignoring the fact that they rented us a faulty vehicle.

Terrible experience. The rate I was quoted was not the same at pickup. They wanted to charge me $1,000 deposit and additional $350 for extra car insurance that I didn’t need. Such a waste of time at the beginning of our vacation. I canceled but still got charged the original quote. I then rented a car from Fox and had no such issues.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst ‘company’ I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately I booked through a third-party website (economy bookings - don’t use them either as they facilitate this scam) and therefore did not read the countless poor but accurate reviews found on Google and Yelp.
I booked this vehicle yesterday. We were not coming from the airport as already in Miami so we had to find the ‘office’ without the shuttle. This in itself was a challenge as it is based inside the park’n’fly building aptly next to the toilets

Absolutely terrible customer service, do not rent from them, it's not worth it. If you have any issues come up during your travels they were useless for help. My flights were delayed and when I showed up to retrieve my rental car, I was told they'd given my car away and that they had zero cars left. And it was more or less "too bad we can't do anything for you". I could not initiate a refund through then since I had booked through Expedia- which has had equally terrible service regarding this matter. Horrible experience. Like everyone else I was a sucker for the low price from Expedia. The best part about the whole thing was in my Expedia receipt it clearly says "Tax and Fees Included" and I paid for the coverage plan. I show up to the virtual counter at Right Cars only to be told my Expedia coverage is "useless" her words not mine and I need to purchase theirs. I paid Expedia $90 for 3 days and Right Cars $171 to give you perspective how big of a scam they are with these bait and switch tactics. Save yourself the time and just call your bank to get your money back.

This place is a scam. 1) They have you sign electronic documents without allowing you to review what you are signing. One document they had me illegally sign was a POWER OF ATTORNEY. They did not tell me I was giving them power of attorney! 2) They force you to purchase a million dollar insurance policy even though I already have a $100,000 liability policy and provided proof. That was not enough. After they force you to pay for their insurance they make you sign a statement that says you werent pressured into the purchase. These were all electronic signatures. $15 per day on a standard SUV sounded like a good deal. My credit card no longer provides insurance so I bought that also. My rental was Tuesday to Friday. 3 days. 72 hours. Collision insurance at $10 per day = $40. Wait a minute only 3 days. Nope I'm told I'm counting them wrong. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This company scammed my husband and I on our honeymoon. We just landed in Miami and we went to the location at the airport for their "shuttle". Nobody had ever heard of this company. We payed a taxi to bring us to the address for them and it brought us to a non existent place. We then called the number and they said our reservation doesn't exist, although we have a confirmation number printed out, AND we already payed for this car when we booked our honeymoon, and we have the proof to show it.

This spot is horrible! The car that I got didn't go over 60 miles mph, it barely ran and barely made it! Don't go to this rental car place and land any earlier than expected ether. If you like good customer service, this isn't the place for you. If you work hard for your money, don't expect to keep it if you rent from here because they will keep the additional fees coming.

Stay away! I would write more details about this weird experience, but dealing with attempts to recuperate the additional fees that this scam charged us has left me too tired to go into it. Ended up costing more than double the expected price after fees they added in. The printer that was supposed to print the invoice so I could see what I was paying magically didn't work. Leaves you hanging, with kids and family tired and needing a car, so you end up signing anyways. Should have looked on Yelp before even renting a car with this company. It says a lot about a business when it's rated 1 out of 5 stars and majority of the reviews are unsatisfactory reviews.
To start off, the woman that was in the front desk was texting on her phone while we waited for her to finish so she can finally get to us. Once she was done, she began attending us and suddenly she receives another text which completely stops her from whatever she's doing to get on her phone. We are in Miami for an extremely short time...3.5 hours, found a rental for $19 for the day. When waiting at the rental shuttle, no one had ever heard of the company.
When the driver actually came, he was super nice. It made me feel better that despite the phone number being disconnected, he wasn't shady.
But when I went to give my card, the guy said we were required to get their insurance, which was $24.99. THEN an additional $10 for tolls. So, despite being on Expedia for only $19 for a couple hours, we were going to have to pay almost $80 in total. Uber it is.

Like most people who wrote reviews here, I also booked through Expedia because it's cheaper than all other companies. I was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews. I was happy how it turned out. I didn't get charged for additional collision coverage or any other fees beside toll which is $10 per day because I showed them my insurance ID card. I have to deposit $100 but it was refunded back the next day. They are a small co and my experience with them is like any others rental co. I saved $70 for 3 days rental, not bad at all. Will be back if I'm in Miami again.
