An application for a Sponsor Licence is a process which allows UK based employers and education institutions to prove to the Home Office that they are eligible to be placed on the register of sponsors and that they genuinely wish to take on migrant workers or students. On receipt of a licence to sponsor migrant workers or students, you are expected to fulfill certain duties to ensure that the system is not abused.

My Visitor visa was refused many times and i had given up hope to be able to travel to the UK to visit my parents, as there are no appeals any more. I was referred to Karir Solicitors by a friend who was also refused visa to Uk at first, but they were successful after they instructed Karir to deal with their case. My application was refused at first and then when my lawyer, Monica Karir started the Judicial review process, i received an email asking for my passport and i was given visa.
