With 39 years in the business, Ausden Clark have been providing Leicestershire with coach travel and garage services. Established in 1982, Ausden Clark began its life as a maintenance garage on Barkby Road in Leicester, with a specialisation in truck maintenance and repair. Over the next 10 years, the garage business developed, becoming a reliable and strong establishment so much so that the garage was relocated to a larger site on Dysart Way.
The standard MOT for motorhomes and campervans, this includes Winnebagos, the price is dependant on number of axels. The standard Class 5 MOT test is for private passenger vehicles, coaches or ambulances with 13 or more seats. The standard Class 7 MOT test is for bigger goods vehicles weighing from 3 - 3.5 tonnes (GVW) and it includes larger light commercial vehicles.

Ignorant company and an ignorant driver who not dropping off so asked to move on politely by a worker on a site and refused to do so blocking my bus. Why anyone would choose such a bad firm who refused to condone these actions is beyond belief. Driver is one of many of theirs who is beligerent and abusive.

Well Austen Clark have impressed me this afternoon and we don't even use them! My daughter and 2 friends were due to catch the 84 back to Blaby after school today. I've just had a message from my daughter to say both the 84 buses were full and because of this the Austen Clark bus driver has taken the initiative and let them on the Blaby bus home. I will email them to say thank you, but thought it would also be nice to post it on here.

My daughter has been using the Ausden Clark bus to get to school from Cropston to Great Glen for the last year.
Friendly drivers, superb punctuality, smart buses. Brilliant.
To add to this, she’s left things on the bus a couple of times and calls I’ve made to the office to try to track these items down have been handled with outstanding courtesy and care.

This company was used by my daughters school to transport us on her school trip - awful!
The bus had been reconfigured to a 2-3 configuration. There was no leg room especially for someone that was 6"4 tall, the bus was tatty and everyone was feeling sick on the way there, the air conditioning was also no existent!
For a trip with as many adults as children travelling a more suitable bus should have been provided.

Really great service, Richard called me to let me know he was on the way to London and he was very accommodating in respect of the pick up location. Booking the bus was smooth and Ausden Clark were very helpful when I needed to make a few minor changes. My family from Dubai were happy with the comfort and size of the VIP 30 seater bus. Competitive prices and everything was on time. I would definitely recommend booking with them.

We had a wonderful experience during our weekend trip. The bus driver was super friendly, very flexible and provided us with excellent service! I recommend them highly and couldn't fault them. The driver arrived in very good time and had good local knowledge and avoided rush hour traffic. The bus was clean, modern and comfortable. Booking was straightforward and dealing with Ausden Clark was a pleasure. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.
