I love this company. We had a large 15 group hire and I bought a rtw suit. The suits were all impeccable and looked great. The service was exceptional as well and I can't thank Ben and the team for all their hard work. I highly recommend Yardsmen!

Extremely rude gentleman literally closed the door in my face without uttering a word. 3 times I’ve visited this business and the customer care is at best atrocious. The suits aren’t great either. Avoid!!!

When picking up my Dinner Suit, the trousers were completely the wrong size. They had no available alternative & had to refund me. Left with no suit the day before my event.

I hired here 3 times now. Great experience. Hired for my wedding in the first instance. They managed my group party of 9 with ease and all the garments where ready and good to go a few days before the big event. Looking forward to getting my next bespoke suit from them soon! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. I hired three suits for collection two days before my wedding. Of the three, all were sent to the wrong store, all had sizing issues and two were the wrong colour.
At collection a check was not made of sizes/ colours (as stated in their e-mail to me) and I was encouraged not to complete the check myself (the store was busy at the time).
Upon notification of the issue, the immediate can-do attitude of the Waterloo store was great.
Once I returned from my honeymoon I tried to contact Yardsmen to reimburse me for my travel between their two stores (as
