What a motorcycle shop! Absolutely amazing place to visit. The minute I walked through the door I felt I was in the right place to buy a bike. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, the first thing I was asked was if I would like a coffee after a 2.5 hr drive from Bristol, I was definitely grateful for the coffee! They had a great selection of bikes to choose from new & used. I ended up buying a bike from Steve, who was so helpful & understand of what I was looking for & a real gentleman. The buying of the bike to the end was so painless with Steve everything was done with ease. In February 2021 at the age of 51, I decided to buy my first ever motorbike. I hadn’t ridden since riding a scrambler in 1984. Based purely on looks and a skewed perception of the brand, I bought a Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 1200 in March before I’d passed my Class A.
Riding my Harley for the first time in August I knew I needed something smoother and more nimble. I did my research and a couple of Triumph bikes were coming out on top - the Street Triple and the Speed Triple.
Most local bike shops wouldn’t let me test ride any bike as I’d only had my Class A for a couple of days. Steve

Given the size of the shop and the fact its a Triumph dealership. The selection of none Triumph bikes is awesome. Everything from mid range to superbikes.
The staff are one in a million too. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable of their stock and the bikes in detail. All topped off with a free brew. What more can you ask for? I would go back if out for a little ride in my bike just to check out what bikes they've got in. What new stuff has come out from Triumph and if they're not too busy maybe a chinwag with those awesome nice staff.

Very early days yet but called in today for the first time , drove past 100s of times . Very impressed with the set up , loads of choice of Bikes in a well set out showroom. Got the impression straight away absolutely no pressure to buy , one of the salesman (think it was Ste) pulled a street triple out for me , said if you need me give us a shout . Dan came over , again no pressure, cut to the chase picking it up in two weeks time . Thanks to all involved including the workshop for squeezing me into there tight schedule.

Getting back on a bike at my time of life after a very long absence was a bit daunting and it had come to MOT time, the last step before taxation & I was free to ride again. The ladies & gents here are very friendly, welcoming & put you at ease. After booking in I was offered a place to store my helmet & told to help myself to a hot or cold beverage and there's plenty to look at while you wait, I think they have bikes to suit any rider. It took slightly longer than anticipated but they did mention they were extremely busy and it looked it but no complaints as I was very grateful to get a slot at
