FAQs Report

Yes, we have 5 million public liability, which covers for any injury or accident that can be deemed the fault of our staff & / or our equipment. One of our team will contact you in the event of heavy rain to discuss safety issues involving the item you've booked. If it's torrential rain we will cancel the booking for safety reasons as safety is our number one priority.

Ordered a bouncy castle, soft play and ride on package for my kids 4th birthday party. The delivery was early and waiting for me when I got there, package was ideal for circa 20-25 kids who attended. The equipment was good quality and we had no issues. Would recommend and likely use again.

Excellent service, i had to change the date of my booking and they were very quick to reply to my email and sort this out for me. The delivery and collection times were as agreed. I booked Amazing Occasions for my sons 1st Birthday party after a friend recommended them. They were brilliant. Before I even arrived they were in the hall setting up exactly how we had discussed. We used amazing occasions for my son's 3rd birthday, there were a mixture of ages so we had the inflatable ball pond which was a big hit and soft play for the little ones. Drop off and pick up were excellent and very quick. Overall would recommend.

My son turned 5 last weekend and we ordered a bouncy castle from Herts Bouncy castles. The ordering process was absolutely seamless. On the day of the party two really lovely guys arrived to put the bouncy castle up and they were so incredibly kind to my 5 year old allowing him to help put it up which I think was the highlight of his day. The pickup after the party was also totally seamless. I would definitely hire a bouncy castle with them again.
