Jay was my first contact and he took time and trouble to create a clear picture of all that would be involved with having Air Source heating in my flat. The Team that did the work to install the Air Source System, were considerate, friendly, skilled, quick and efficient. I love the heating system and find that it is everything that I was promised. Heat Pump Scotland installed my air source heating 2 years ago its been the one of the best decisions we made by choosing H. P. Scotland. The company has been excellent in every aspect from installing the system and giving you all the information you need and answer any questions you may have Jay has been very helpful and all the information that he has given me has been spot on.

I needed and new heat pump unit after my cheap Chinese copy unit failed dramatically. After contacting a few companies I chose to go with Heat pump Scotland. They surveyed my old system, ordered and installed a reliable Samsung unit all within a week. Any question or issues they are quick to respond, very helpful and professional. One of there team members came back down to the house the very next day after my new digital unit appear with an error code.
