Richard is more than a excellent physio, he is very professional, friendly, attentive, supportive , positive and really caring and highly skilled, with huge experience, quick to understand the problem and able to find the right solution. He helped me to recover from many of my sporting injuries and come back even healthier than I was. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Richard has extensive knowledge backed up with excellent practical skills. I have been seeing him regularly for several months now and with his treatments along with specific exercises for each of my issues we are putting my body back together again so it can function properly again. Whether you are a Olympian or just want to walk through the park I believe Richard will be able to help in his encouraging, efficient manner.

I am very happy with the service that Richard provided for me. RIchard seemed to me to be knowledgable, and was thorough in his analysis of my injury. He also took time to answer my questions and to explain his thoughts on my injury. Furthermore, he was flexible and accomodating with his appointment timings. I would definitely recommend Richard to other injured runners.

I am most grateful for Rich and Fit Again Sports Therapy as after five years hopeless struggle with hip bursitis and trying many specialists with no improvement, Rich gave me just the right exercises to practice daily which after a few months made the chronic pain go away. His help changed my life, i can jog and play football with my kids again. I wish him and all my fellow sufferers good luck and good health! Abigel

I've had several appointments over a number of years with Rich (whenever an injury hinders my ability to do the sporting activities I would like to do). I always find him very helpful, very encouraging (especially as I tend to fear the worst with injuries) with a very positive outlook and excellent at explaining what has occurred and how treatment should be tackled. I would happily recommend him.

Back in January/February I could barely run due to a hamstring injury. I booked in a see Leslie who took his time to alleviate my concerns and devise a rehab program to get me back to running. I continue a lot of the exercises within my S&C program now and even managed to build back up to a marathon training block again which was my main concern at the time. Thanks to the advise from Leslie I managed to get through the training block injury free and even ran a marathon PB.

I strained my hamstring while training for a marathon and booked into see Leslie, who assessed the injury and recommended some strengthening and stretching exercises. Within about a week and a half I was back up and running. Leslie was very knowledgeable and professional throughout and was able to give very useful advice on training load. I had previously seen Rich on a few occasions. Every time I've been to FAST I've been very impressed. Very well organised, efficient and professional. The Covid measures in place also give confidence that the site is clean and safe.
