Home From Home Care supports adults 18+ with learning disabilities and high acuity needs, including autism, epilepsy, complex health and mental health. Combining a family perspective with an uncompromising approach, we design exceptional environments and bespoke care and support packages around each individual's needs.

Our specialist residential learning disability services are continuously evolving to meet the complex needs of individuals requiring a bespoke service. Our uncompromising approach, ongoing investment and commitment to a sustainable future are reflected by our dedicated colleague teams and high quality therapeutic services.
Our learning disability care homes in Lincolnshire reflect our belief and experience that individuals respond to a warm and homely atmosphere. The homes offer spacious, communal environments for social interaction, balanced with privacy and personal space for each individual. All the homes are located in villages with access to a good range of local amenities.
In Bardney, a village east of Lincoln, there are 4 registered services: The Hawthorns & The Berries, The Brambles, The Hollies and The Oaks - a Specialist Integration Home. The Hawthorns has its own Hub, Bardney Day Opportunities, incorporating an activity centre and sensory room. These excellent facilities are accessed by all those living in Home From Home Care, as by our Day Opportunities service, which supports people living in the community.
Kirk House is registered for 11 individuals and has been designed as two separate but connected homes. The ground floor is a self-contained home for 6 individuals who have additional complex physical needs and the first floor is a self-contained home for a compatible group of 5 individuals with a range of complexities.
Specialist Integration Homes are an evolution of our therapeutic residential care & support model, reflected in the design of the space and service delivery. Each individual has their own suite of rooms. These can be totally independent from the rest of the building, or operate as part of a small group.

Absolutely shocking!.. started my training, had done nearly 3 days. A women called Claire came into the room to discuss some concerns with all 8 of us, she was so unprofessional in terms of her speech and actions, I wouldn't of thought she was a manager! I mentioned about if i was to be late as i am travelling from grimsby to lincoln, baring in mind my place of work would be in grimsby my home town. She then got another women called Laura to speak to us one by one. I got told that you can't be late as you are working with vulnerable people. I said I understood this and I wouldn't be late as my
