The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (HSWA). The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (MHSWR) provide a broad framework for controlling health and safety at work which includes the control of Bacteria such as Legionella. The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) also provides a framework of actions designed to assess, prevent or control the risk from bacteria like Legionella.
It is important to provide clean air for most environments and to cover the needs of all, from Fire Control to Comfort Air Conditioning. Some items are compliance driven such as Fire Dampers and Kitchen Grease extraction and others that are driven by welfare such as AHU & Fancoils together with the interlinking Ductwork.
Using the latest cleaning techniques and equipment, ACP provide a full deep clean service of ventilation systems in the built environment that ranges from kitchen and laundry equipment through to very large commercial and industrial systems. Works are carried out in accordance with TR/19: Internal Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems, published by the B&ES.
Knowing the condition of your ventilation plant is of critical importance, finding the services of a specialist, reliable and affordable partner can be a hard task. Condition reports - containing photographic evidence, system schematic and recommendations for improvements. Full system survey - contains a full inventory of plant and assets belonging to the ventilation systems.
