Excellent experience. I had a carpet Swatch sample from John Lewis and they matched it perfectly. Gave good advice and within 2 weeks got the carpet measured, ordered and installed. Mark doing the measurements was great, taking off shoes before entering the house, same with the fitter. I only had the stairs done but looks great. Well done.
